الشروط والأحكام – أثر (Athar)

مرحبًا بكم في موقع أثر (Athar).
باستخدامك لهذا الموقع أو إتمامك لأي عملية شراء من خلاله، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية قبل استخدام الموقع.

1. استخدام الموقع

  • يحق لبراند أثر تعديل أو تحديث أي جزء من الموقع أو الخدمات في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

  • يُمنع استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو مخالف للأعراف العامة.

  • يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية صحة البيانات التي يقوم بإدخالها أثناء التسجيل أو إتمام الطلب.

2. المنتجات والأسعار

  • جميع المنتجات المعروضة على موقع أثر أصلية وتخضع للتوفر.

  • الأسعار المعروضة على الموقع بالجنيه المصري وتشمل أو لا تشمل مصاريف الشحن حسب ما هو موضح عند إتمام الطلب.

  • يحتفظ براند أثر بحق تعديل الأسعار أو العروض في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

3. الطلبات والدفع

  • لا يتم تأكيد الطلب إلا بعد التواصل هاتفيًا مع العميل لتأكيد الأوردر.

  • في حالة عدم الرد على محاولات التواصل، يحق لإدارة أثر إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

  • يحتفظ أثر بحق رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالة وجود خطأ في السعر أو توافر المنتج.

4. الشحن والتسليم

  • يتم شحن الطلبات داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.

  • مدة الشحن تتراوح من يوم إلى 4 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الطلب.

  • يُسمح بفتح الشحنة عند الاستلام طبقًا لسياسة شركة الشحن.

  • في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، يتم خصم مصاريف الشحن من قيمة الطلب.

5. سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

  • تخضع عمليات الاستبدال والاسترجاع لسياسة الشحن والاسترجاع الموضحة بشكل منفصل على الموقع.

  • يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة ومعها الفاتورة.

  • لا يحق للعميل المطالبة بالاسترجاع أو الاستبدال في الحالات غير المسموح بها والمذكورة في سياسة الاسترجاع.

6. الملكية الفكرية

  • جميع المحتويات المعروضة على الموقع، بما في ذلك (الصور، النصوص، التصميمات، الشعارات)، هي ملك حصري لبراند أثر.

  • يُمنع نسخ أو استخدام أي محتوى دون إذن كتابي مسبق من إدارة أثر.

7. الخصوصية وحماية البيانات

  • يلتزم براند أثر بالحفاظ على خصوصية بيانات العملاء وعدم مشاركتها مع أي طرف ثالث إلا في حدود تنفيذ الطلب أو وفقًا للقانون.

  • باستخدامك للموقع، فإنك توافق على سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

8. التواصل وخدمة العملاء

  • يتم التواصل مع العملاء من خلال:

    • الهاتف

    • الواتساب

    • الرسائل المباشرة على إنستجرام

  • أي طلبات متعلقة بالاسترجاع أو الريفاند يمكن تقديمها عبر الرسائل المباشرة على إنستجرام أو الواتساب.

9. التعديلات على الشروط والأحكام

  • يحق لبراند أثر تعديل هذه الشروط والأحكام في أي وقت.

  • يتم نشر التعديلات على الموقع، ويُعد استمرار استخدام الموقع موافقة ضمنية على هذه التعديلات.

10. القانون المُطبق

  • تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام وتُفسر وفقًا لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.

    • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).

    3. Orders & Confirmation

    • Orders are confirmed only after phone confirmation by our customer service team.

    • If the customer does not respond to confirmation calls, Athar reserves the right to cancel the order automatically.

    • Athar reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspicious activity.

    4. Shipping & Delivery

    • Shipping is available within Egypt only.

    • Delivery time ranges from 1 to 4 working days after order confirmation.

    • Orders can be opened upon delivery according to the shipping company’s policy.

    • If the customer refuses to receive the order, shipping fees will be deducted.

    5. Returns & Exchanges

    • All returns and exchanges are subject to Athar’s Shipping & Return Policy, available on the website.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with the invoice.

    • Athar reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the stated conditions.

    6. Intellectual Property

    • All content on this website, including images, texts, designs, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Athar.

    • Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website content is strictly prohibited.
