سياسة الشحن – أثر (Athar)

في أثر، نسعى لتوصيل طلباتكم بسرعة وسلاسة مع الحرص على جودة المنتجات.

تأكيد الطلب

• بعد إتمام عملية الشراء، سيتواصل معكم فريق خدمة العملاء خلال يومين لتأكيد الطلب هاتفيًا.

• في حالة عدم الرد بعد عدة محاولات، سيتم إلغاء الطلب تلقائيًا.

مدة التوصيل

• بعد تأكيد الطلب، عادةً ما يصل الأوردر خلال 1 إلى 4 أيام عمل.

• قد تختلف مدة التوصيل قليلًا حسب الموقع وشركة الشحن.

مناطق الشحن

• يتم التوصيل حاليًا داخل جمهورية مصر العربية فقط.

استلام الأوردر

• حرصًا على سلامة المنتجات، يُسمح بفتح الشحنة عند الاستلام وفقًا لسياسة شركة الشحن.

• جميع المنتجات يتم تغليفها بعناية قبل الشحن لضمان وصولها بحالة ممتازة.

رفض الاستلام

• في حال رفض العميل استلام الشحنة من المندوب، سيتم خصم مصاريف الشحن من قيمة الأوردر.

مصاريف الشحن

• مصاريف الشحن يتم حسابها بوضوح على صفحة الدفع قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.

  At Athar, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible.

  Order Confirmation

  • After placing your order, our customer service team will contact you within 2 days to confirm your order via phone.

  • If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.

  Delivery Time

  • Once your order is confirmed, delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and the shipping company.

  Shipping Area

  • We currently deliver within Egypt only.

  Order Handling

  • For safety and quality reasons, opening the package upon delivery is  allowed, in accordance with the shipping company’s policy.

  • We ensure that all items are carefully packed before shipping.

  Refused Shipments

  • If the customer refuses to receive the order from the courier, shipping fees will be deducted from the order value.

  Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before completing your purchase.
